OUR RETURN POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED AS OF 5/18/19 AND IS NOW IN EFFECT.
- Please be sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit, that we did not ship. Retain tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed so be sure to update your email on file if applicable. Additionally, please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed to the original tender type or store credit if applicable.
- Items purchased on clearance (or 20% off or more) are final sale. If an item that is non-returnable is shipped back to us anyhow, you WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
- Items that are part of a sale or purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Items must be returned and received by our warehouse within 14 days of date of your receiving (proved by tracking). If items are returned later, you will receive 50% of your original purchase price in store credit, if it is in fact, a qualifying purchase.
- Items must not be worn, washed or dirtied.
- Items must have all tags attached, be free from any foreign odors & hairs.
- If your original order received free shipping, there will be an $8 fee for your return which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Items purchased online can be mailed back to us or returned in store. Returns in store require 3 to 5 days for processing and will not be immediately processed.
- Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Bodysuits, Swimwear and accessories.
- Vintage, Levis & Reworked
The same policies apply to international customers.
Our Vintage range is hand made and typically one of a kind and therefore is shipped with a signature required at delivery as these items cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Please note that if you require no signature (po boxes etc), you'll need to note your order and send us an email stating your desire for no signature to: email@example.com
In doing so, you waive the right to claim your package as missing and accept all responsibility once it leaves our warehouse.
