Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We have super fast shipping from warehouses in Las Vegas and California and use priority mail via USPS so standard shipping takes 1-3 business days (plus up to 24 hours for order processing) to any state in the US (except Hawaii and other islands as well as Alaska which can take up to 5 days).  You do however, have the option to choose First Class mail at an economical price and this option takes 3-5 business days for domestic (this shipping option applies to light weight orders only).

There are certain circumstances where the process/processing can take between 7 - 10 business days but we pride ourselves on quick shipping and make every attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible.

International packages require 2-4 business days for payment post + processing and can take as long as 21 business days or more to arrive due to customs.  We are not responsible for overdue packages that get held in customs.  Please keep that in mind when ordering from any country other than the US.

We will notify you if your shipment will be any longer than the times specified.

Q: What is your policy on returns?

A:  Our #1 goal at The Sweat Store is for you to love your purchase and feel incredibly gorgeous in it. Therefore, if you are not completely happy with what’s arrived, simply follow our guide on returning and exchanging so that we can get you into something you love.

*Please note - we do not offer refunds on SALE/CLEARANCE items. If you wish to return a sale/clearance item, you would receive store credit/gift card voucher.



**Prefer store credit? Great, we offer 110% back in store credit if you choose this option instead of money back. Just a little Thank You for sticking with us.  NOTE STORE CREDIT ON YOUR RETURN SLIP.

Basic terms for Returns & Exchanges

Returning with The Sweat Store is easy. Just be sure to follow the 4 simple steps below.

1. Items must be returned and received by our returns department within 30 days of purchase date.
2. All manufacturer and/or The Sweat Store tags must still be attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, clean, free of any foreign hairs and odors and in original packaging if applicable.
4. Shoes must be returned in the original box.

Please note, items with make-up or tanning marks will not be processed and will be shipped back to customer.

Domestic Return and Exchanges:

Follow the basic steps as noted above.

Include the following items in your shipment:
• Any item(s) you wish to return/exchange
• The Sweat Store invoice or a copy with a note about why you wish to return/exchange and any necessary instructions to our shipping department. I.E is this a return, exchange or store credit?

*Any returns not noted with payment reimbursement instructions will be issued a store credit at 100% of original cost minus shipping.

The Sweat Store is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the transit process so please hold onto a copy of your shipping receipt and any tracking info.
Once we receive your package, please allow us 48 hours to process the item(s). If an exchange is requested due to sizing, we will send you the new size, free of shipping charges, one time only.
Expenses associated with postage will not be refunded on any returned products.

Returns will be refunded to the same credit card or Paypal account that the customer used to purchase the associated items. Keep in mind that The Sweat Store is not liable for any items lost in transit.

**If an item was purchased at a discounted rate either by using a discount code or during a sale, full money back refunds will not be issued. For discounted item returns, the customer would be issued a store credit/gift card voucher, for the original purchase amount, not including shipping charges.
International Returns and Exchanges:

Unfortunately, The Sweat Store does not offer free International exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, the shipping cost will be your own. Specifically, for international exchanges, once the item is received and processed, you will be billed for the exchange item’s shipping cost and your order will not ship until it’s paid in full.

If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered by The Sweat Store.
The Sweat Store is not to be held liable for any items lost in transit.
Please be reminded to indicate on the package that the items are intended "for exchange". Without such notice, the package is at risk of being subject to additional customs duties and taxes.
If you wish to exchange, we are more than happy to do so as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, a store credit or refund will be offered as an alternative.
Refunds are given on full priced garments and accessories only and does not include shipping charges.

*If you wish to choose store credit instead of a refund, you will be issued a store gift card worth 110% of your original purchase price minus shipping.
Cancelled orders of already shipped items due to refusal of payment for duties owed taxes will only be refunded the price of the order minus shipping.

**If an item was purchased at a discounted rate either by using a discount code or during a sale, full money back refunds will not be issued. For discounted item returns, the customer would be issued a store credit/gift card voucher, for the original purchase amount, not including shipping charges.

Full Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just send it on back to us for a full refund! Keep in mind that the products must have been purchased within 30 days and at full price.

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received. Allow us at least 7 days to process the refund please. We are only human 

Important points to keep in mind:
• We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount code. This applies to both US and International orders.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. But we will cover shipping on SIZE ONLY exchanges, 1 time as a courtesy.
• You may choose to take store credit instead of a refund at 110% of your original purchase price, excluding shipping. (I.E. $100 original cost but issued $110 in store credit as return option chosen)
